About an year ago HILD was the centre of everyone’s discussion whose activity was illegal. They usually used to take the advantage of the old people by cheating them. In 2005 I opened an LLC for my real estate business and it seemed really nice at that time because the asset protection offered by the LLC was quite satisfactory. In 2006 I planned to go little bit beyond and thought to start a new business without shutting down the business of real estate. I did not closed the LLC for the assets of my real estate assets because I pretended to work in real estate in future.
